When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this page.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to notify you when caredfor launches, and occasionally to share relevant updates about the service. Our lawful basis for processing this data is your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc., which acts as our data processor. Netlify's servers are located in the United States and they comply with appropriate data transfer safeguards. You can read Netlify's privacy policy for more detail.

How long we keep it

We will retain your email address until caredfor launches and we have sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. If you sign up for the full service at launch, your data will be governed by the privacy policy of the live product.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only accessible to the caredfor team and our hosting provider (Netlify) as described above.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
